This job was posted by https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.arjoblink.arkansas.gov/jobs/4490529Maverick Tube Corporation in Blytheville, AR seeks Maintenance SeniorSpecialist (multiple positions) to ensure the compliance of the safetygoals, by applying safety policies; and implements or executes theneeded corrective and preventative safety activities or action. Ensuresthe safe execution of all maintenance activities performed under theMaintenance Engineering supervision and/or in scope of responsibility.

Ensures prompt correction of unsafe conditions and promotes safebehaviors in the personnel in area of responsibility. Defines, executes,and/or participates in improvement action plan in coordination with eachareas Base Maintenance Groups (BMGs), focusing on the chronic problemsand high impact failures. Improves the critical equipment reliabilityand maintainability, through the definition and execution of projectsand/or actions in coordination with BMGs. Applies the criteriaestablished for the classification of the equipment criticality, andconsequently suggesting and adapting (in coordination with the areasBMGs) maintenance strategies and plans. Defines and implements incoordination with the BMGs the predictive maintenance plan according tothe equipment criticality. Assures the proper implementation anddeployment of the Tenaris Maintenance Philosophy through training,technical assistance, assessments, and audits. Establishes incoordination with engineering the equipment standardization policies.

Participates, together with Engineering, in investment projects, toensure the standardization, reliability and maintainability of the newequipment. Provides technical support to BMGs in the performance of therelevant failure analysis. Continuously evaluates equipment and systemsobsolescence, proposing in coordination with BMGs action to mitigate oreliminate its impact in the maintenance performance. Trains anddistributes information about technical and specific maintenance topics,aiming to improve the knowledge and abilities of the maintenancedepartment. Audits and improves the quality of maintenance tasks carriedout by the maintenance department. Performs project management to defineand optimize the maintenance strategies. Defines along with theNon-Destructive Testing (NDT), Instrumentation and Robotics departmentthe calibration plan for the associated instrumentation for qualityassurance. On call during non-business hours on a rotational basis.
