Salary:
$40 -$44 per hour A bit about us: The Maintenance Technician isresponsible for performing complex electrical repairs,installations, and maintenance on facility equipment. This roleinvolves troubleshooting to identify the root causes of electricalissues, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring allmachinery is in optimal working condition. In addition, theElectromechanical Lead will provide training and guidance tomaintenance personnel on the proper maintenance and operation ofmachinery and equipment. Why join us? Diagnose and troubleshootelectrical issues to ensure timely and effective repairs.
Collaborate with maintenance personnel to perform preventivemaintenance, reducing downtime and optimizing machine reliability.
Train team members on best practices for machine maintenance,safety protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Maintain accuratemaintenance records and ensure all work complies with safetystandards and regulatory requirements. Assist in developingmaintenance schedules and protocols for new and existing equipment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in electrical and mechanicalmaintenance in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Strongtroubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Proficiency with electrical schematics, blueprints, and equipmentmanuals. Excellent communication and leadership skills to train andguide the maintenance team.
