LOCATION
The position will primarily work at a client site in the North Haven area – Should be located within driving distance
Accountabilities:
Design –
Space and Occupancy Own Project Plan and Lead Project Team Time, Budget and Risk Management Onsite Presence Project Close-out Customer Satisfaction What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist client team with day-to-day project requests in the clients East Region Plan and implement projects including moves, adds and changes Utilize AutoCAD software to support facilities requests for space and occupancy planning, following client drawing and layering standards Interface with client’s CAFM (computer aided facility management) software, as required Meet with end users to define project scope, goals and deliverables Define tasks and required resources Create project schedule Lead project team milestones and deadlines Field measurements and product take offs Request estimates from vendors Prepare budgets Propose budgets to end users Work with client purchasing team to issue purchase orders to vendors Order entry and management Track deliverables Coordinate installations with all parties Manage budget Lead and/or attend construction meetings Monitor and report on project progress Implement and manage change orders Implement and manage punch lists Closeout and invoicing Triage warranty requests and engage Continua warranty team Triage service requests and engage Continua service desk Perform other duties as assigned to support client
Requirements:
What You Should Have:
3 years of proven work experience in project management or account management Bachelor’s degree preferred in interior design, business, communications, or an industry related field Knowledge of commercial furniture solutions would be an asset Experience with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Enterprise resource planning (ERP), and an enthusiasm for learning new software programs Proficient in Auto
CAD CAFM
(computer aided facility management) software experience Excellent communication skills: Listens and gets clarification, responds well to questions, writes clearly and informatively Demonstrate high-level analytical thinking expertise: thoughtful analysis and problem-solving skills, effective decision-making, and leadership competencies, execute tasks efficiently and calmly, lead completion of multiple tasks and deadlines, conflict resolution Exceptional interpersonal skills: collaborate effectively with project stakeholders, internal team members and vendor partners to manage expectations and ensure a positive client experience Strong organizational skills and the ability to remember the details of each project and scope of work Occasional out-of-state travel; willingness to travel when required

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and location, as well as internal equity and market considerations.
