This is afantastic opportunity for a professional who thrives in a busy workplace, and is well-versed in working closely with both junior staffand senior management. The chosen candidate will be responsible foroverseeing all installation, repair and upkeep operations of thecompany’s facilities. You are the one to ensure that yourcolleagues have the best physical resources available to completetheir duties according to budget. 1. Develop maintenance proceduresand ensure implementation. 2. Hands on Manager who has no problemtroubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment 3. Checkelectrical and hydraulic systems of buildings to ensurefunctionality. 4. Plan and oversee all repair and installationactivities. 5. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders whennecessary. 6. Monitor expenses and control the budget formaintenance. 7. Manage relationships with contractors and serviceproviders. 8. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.9. Train and Supervisor Operators 10. Oversee 15-20 MaintenanceMechanics and Operators You will be expected to have a hands-onapproach to all tasks, and be able to demonstrate a strong abilityto lead, manage and motivate a team. You will also be responsiblefor ensuring that all maintenance operations are in compliance withcompany standards and health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have the followingqualifications: 1. Proven experience as maintenance manager orother managerial role. 2. Experience in planning maintenanceoperations. 3. Solid understanding of technical aspects ofplumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc. 4. Working knowledgeof facilities machines and equipment. 5. Ability to keep track ofand report on activity. 6. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. 7. Outstanding organizational and leadershipabilities. 8. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from avocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facilitymanagement will be an advantage. 9. Valid Certified MaintenanceManager (CMM) will be a plus. 10. 3 years of experience inencapsulation, blender, maintenance, press, troubleshoot, repair.
