Summary/Objective:

Trimark Properties has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor. The successful candidate will be experienced in the maintenance field and a dynamic leader who enjoys providing excellent customer service, while training, leading, and developing team members. The primary duties include, but are not limited to, diagnosing maintenance issues and making repairs, preventative maintenance, and repairs of the grounds, common areas, amenities, apartments, and buildings of Trimark’s communities are completed efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for leading a maintenance technician team of 3-4 team members.

Essential Functions:

Has 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance supervisor or manager. Previously worked as a Maintenance Supervisor or Trades Foreman. Has broad previous experience in all trades (electrical, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, repair, and punch work). EPA and HVAC certifications are strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Must be able to communicate well with residents, vendors, municipalities, and team members alike. Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks. Ability to work independently and also within a supervisory team. Must be self-directed with the ability to change gears based on seasonal or daily work demands. Ability to train, lead, and inspire team members. Must be able to speak, read, write, and comprehend information in English.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED Strong leadership skills and experience are required. Must have a reliable vehicle daily for work. Valid Driver’s License. An AS or college coursework in Building Construction is a plus, but not a requirement. Must be able to bend, lift, walk, work on ladders, work in small spaces, push, pull, and work with your hands to repair, create, change, and update physical spaces. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
