Job Description We arecurrently seeking a Factory Engineering/Maintenance Manager, withFood and Beverage experience for our legendary High Spring, FLlocation. This is an exempt position reporting directly to theFactory Manager. This is onsite role providing support for 24/7, 7days a week operating facility, leading a team of 70+ with 5 directreports. Pay Range:

$121,649

  • $145,878. This role is eligible foran annual bonus. Key responsibilities include but are not limitedto the following:
  • In coordination with the other factory leaders, assist thefulfillment of all major PM processes and systems for 3 productionlines
  • Lead a Technical Resource who support our maintenance mechanicteams
  • Assist in managing annual maintenance budget to includefacilities and utilities
  • Supervise the Maintenance and Improvement (MandI) strategy,plans and objectives in the factory/facilities following theBlueTriton Brands Continuous Excellence (nce) and PM.
  • Maintain proficiencies, motivation and dedication to achieve theMandI and nce teams’ mission and objectives.
  • Encourage continuous improvement, networking and sharinginformation within the MandI community such that it becomes a keyelement.
  • Demonstrate and promote the company’s values with impact on theMandI, PM Pillar, and Maintenance Work Groups (MWG)
  • Be responsible for the successful execution of capital projectsfor the factory utilizing the Early Management tools andmethodologies.
  • Ensure existing maintenance strategies are retained until viableAM/PM activities are sufficiently embedded to ensure continuingequipment and business performance.
  • Participate in local audits. Ensure action plans are in placeand are being implemented as per the plan.
  • Evaluate current progress on PM Pillar and MWG, driving theimplementation of Best Practices related to systems, processes,methods, organization, staffing, and employee skill levels.
  • Facilitate and encourage the decentralizing of routinemaintenance through TPM methodologies.
  • Coordinate and mentor activities of factory Pillar Leaders toensure full alignment with the PM Pillar ImplementationStrategy.
  • Lead the factory to optimize the use of Predictive Maintenancetechnologies.
  • Responsible for maintenance budget.
Qualifications Keyqualifications include:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering preferably mechanical /chemical / process / electrical engineering
  • Demonstrated ability of 5 years in a technical field, preferablein food or beverage manufacturing or consumer goods industry, ofwhich several years were as leader of the Maintenance function or Factory Engineer in a plant
  • Knowledge of Maintenance Excellence programs including AssetManagement, Breakdown Analysis, FMEA and Reliability CenteredMaintenance
  • Experience leading a Maintenance Improvement Team in a factoryenvironment with shown results
  • Strong technical and leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Pillar Systems and Tools Asset ManagementSoftware (SAP Preferred)Breakdown Analysis, Reliability CenterMaintenance Practices and PM Optimization
  • Predictive Maintenance Technologies including (infrared,ultrasonic, vibration analysis, etc.)Knowledge of food safety,regulatory requirements for food safety and hygienic engineering! Analytical skills in problem solving such asDMAIC, Breakdown Analysis (BDA), FME, ETC. High level of motivationand self-management.
  • Understanding of financial analysis and relevant businessdrivers
  • Asset Maintenance Management
  • Project Engineering/Management (confirmed project managementskills)
