Engineering Services Manager NetLander, Inc. Kennedy Space Center, FL 32899 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Engineering Service Manager to lead our service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and technical support, with a particular emphasis on Quantum engineering. This role is essential for ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service to our clients while maintaining operational efficiency and high standards of quality. Duties Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and performance. Develop and implement service policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in addressing customer needs. Analyze service metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Maintain knowledge of industry trends, particularly in Quantum engineering, to provide informed recommendations for service enhancements. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional development, and innovation. Qualifications Proven experience in a managerial role within a service-oriented environment. Strong understanding of Quantum engineering principles is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.
