In this key role, you’ll ensure our facility, tools, and systems run safely, smoothly, and efficiently—supporting day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. Oversee repairs and preventive maintenance for facility and paint equipment. Monitor environmental metrics and maintain compliance with safety standards. Keep accurate maintenance records (SAP experience preferred). Work closely with the Site/Ops Manager on upgrades and vendor coordination.
What You Bring:
Facilities or maintenance management experience (aviation or industrial a plus). Strong knowledge of building systems and paint equipment. Problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with SAP or similar systems.
