Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all maintenance of facilities, vehicles, and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient environment (includes preventative maintenance as well as repairs) at both Chick-fil-A Wickham & 95 and EFSC. Work with Chick-fil-A, Inc. and vendors for preventative maintenance and repairs beyond our capacity. Collaborate with the team to implement preventative maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Working in the operation of the business in either front of house or back of house positions. Be a good financial steward of the repair and maintenance budget and labor. First responder to after-hours alarms.
Key Requirements:
Operating under and modeling our Core Values. Be at least 18 years old. Be a strong, professional communicator. Experience in maintenance (i.e. electrical, plumbing, machine repair, etc.) Strong organizational and time management skills. Flexible schedule as the job requires many Sundays and potential third shifts or late nights. Clean driver’s license and ability to safely drive company vehicles. Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
