Description:

Fulltime position for Francos Gardening, L.L.C. Landscape Manager of Projects and Maintenance will:

• Oversee new landscape projects (Vertical Living Walls) and maintenance of current Vertical Living Walls
• Analyze the data and design to improve work models to become more efficient.
• Monitor logistics and transportation processes, to optimize the relationship between expenses and productivity;
• Read and work from blueprints, diagrams and detailed sketches, perform measurements and work sketches;
• Operate lifting equipment;
• Ensure the correct operation of irrigation, electricity and automation of vertical gardens for landscapes.
• Innovate and present improvements in the construction of gardens, management of the stock of supplies and work logistics.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial or Civil Engineering field of study . Two-Years Experience

• Hydroponic systems and Structural maintenance including Hydroponic experience, carpentry, welding, mounting and skills general fixit knowledge.

Must be available on some Saturdays when needed.

Full-time Pay:

Up to $73,861.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
