This full-time role plays a critical part in ensuring timely maintenance execution and efficient inventory control, directly impacting property performance and tenant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule daily maintenance tasks and preventive maintenance across all managed properties Communicate with property managers, technicians, and vendors to ensure task completion and timely follow-up Maintain real-time inventory of tools, parts, and materials, and initiate restocking as needed Manage maintenance calendars, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with operational standards Support vendor oversight, including timeline tracking, invoice reconciliation, and service documentation Assist with compliance-related paperwork such as HVAC logs and vendor insurance Optimize inventory and procurement processes to improve cost-efficiency and productivity
Qualifications:
