The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems, ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently and safely. This role is crucial in maintaining high standards of performance while managing a team of outside services companies. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance/outside contractors, providing guidance and support to ensure effective operations. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to enhance equipment reliability and performance. Conduct regular inspections of facilities and equipment, identifying areas for improvement or repair. Manage high voltage systems, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Utilize tools such as voltmeters and ohmmeters for diagnosing electrical issues. Oversee HVAC system maintenance, ensuring optimal performance and energy efficiency. Plan and execute projects related to facility upgrades or equipment installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory management. Skills Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing outside contractors. Proficient mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance management. Familiarity with high voltage systems and electrical diagnostics using voltmeters and ohmmeters. Excellent project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple tasks simultaneously.
