We pride ourselves on delivering a great guest experience through meticulous property care, cutting-edge technology, and a hands-on, hospitality-driven approach. As we expand our footprint in Pompano Beach, we’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee two buildings and ensure our guests enjoy flawless stays.
Position:
Maintenance Supervisor Key Responsibilities Property Upkeep & Repairs:
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, etc.) to keep all units guest-ready.
Guest Support:
Respond promptly and courteously to guest maintenance requests and emergencies—be the friendly face of Rocketstay.
Vendor Coordination:
Source, schedule, and oversee subcontractors when specialized repairs are needed; ensure work meets our high standards.
Inventory Management:
Maintain and reorder essential tools, parts, and supplies; track usage and costs.
Record Keeping:
Log all maintenance activities, costs, and incident reports in our property management system.
On-Call Coverage:
Provide weekend and evening coverage on a rotating basis; be available for after-hours emergencies. “Must-Have”
Qualifications Own Transportation:
Reliable vehicle required; truck preferred. Tools Fully equipped personal tool set for general maintenance tasks.
Proximity:
Reside within a 30-minute commute of Pompano Beach.
Language:
English, both written and verbal.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years in residential or hospitality maintenance, with verifiable track record of reliability and dependability.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated and able to manage priorities independently without direct supervision.
Interpersonal Skills:
Friendly, professional demeanor when interacting with guests, owners, and teammates.
Availability:
Willingness to work some weekends, evenings, and be on-call for urgent issues.
