Service Manager Large Growing Dealership Lighthouse Point, FL 33074 Service Manager Pay- $114, 270-$135,000 Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and GM experienced Auto Dealership Service Manager to join our team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the service department, ensuring smooth workflow, customer satisfaction, and achieving revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the service department, including scheduling, technician performance, and customer service. Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment for the service team. Ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to the highest quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service, building trust and rapport with clients. Manage service department budget and inventory. Analyze data and identify trends to improve efficiency and profitability. Recruit, hire, and train qualified automotive technicians. Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 + years of experience in auto service management. Proven track record of success in a fast-paced automotive repair environment. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proficient in automotive repair terminology and procedures. Experience with automotive repair software a plus. Prefer GM Experience but all OEM experience are WELCOME to apply!
