Facilities Maintenance Director Naples Health and Rehabilitation 2900 12th Street North, Naples, FL 34103

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of maintenance operations within the organization
• Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
• Plan and schedule maintenance activities, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment upgrades
• Coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance projects
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of maintenance staff, providing guidance and training as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Skills:

• Strong electrical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting electrical systems
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Experience with low voltage systems and logic controllers
• Mechanical knowledge to diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in maintenance management, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Project management skills to oversee large-scale maintenance projects
• Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
