Building Manager Beach Bowl 818 Beach Boulevard, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Building Manager to oversee the operations and maintenance of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems, project management, and mechanical knowledge. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the safety, functionality, and efficiency of the building while managing a team of maintenance staff. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all building maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Manage electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage installations, troubleshooting, and repairs. Oversee project management for renovations, upgrades, and facility improvements from inception to completion. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory management, and maintenance scheduling. Conduct regular inspections of the building to identify maintenance needs and ensure optimal operation of all systems. Fabricate components as needed for repairs or modifications within the facility. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics. Train and supervise maintenance staff to foster a productive work environment. Skills Strong electrical knowledge with experience in both high voltage and low voltage systems. Proficient in project management techniques to effectively oversee multiple tasks simultaneously. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair various building systems. Familiarity with CMMS software for efficient maintenance tracking and reporting. Ability to use an Ohmmeter and other diagnostic tools effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear interaction with team members and stakeholders. Proven supervisory skills to lead a team effectively while promoting safety and efficiency in operations.
