Role:
As a Maintenance Manager with Tremron Pavers you are responsible for: Oversight of the Maintenance Operations Personnel Implementing a Preventative Maintenance Program (with documentation and record keeping that is easily accessible) Diagnosing Mechanical Problems and Determining how to Correct Them Dismantling and Reassembling Plant and Machinery Equipment Assisting in Selection and Installation of Replacement Equipment Constructing Replacement Parts to Specification (Fabrication) Evaluating Cost and Inventory Control Safety Inspections (for OSHA, EPA, and Company Compliance) Utilization of a CMMS program
About You:
The ideal candidate will be able to: Conduct Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, PLC, and Conveyor System Diagnoses Conduct Root-Cause Analysis and Implementing Solutions (They also will have some experience in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Work, Management, and Be Aware of the Safety Procedures Needed to Conduct Themselves Ethically, in this Role.)
