Full Job Description Maintenance Supervisor Location :

Position based in Brunswick, Georgia — must be available to travel 75% of the time across the state and

South Florida:

Broward, Davie, Tampa, Orlando. Occasional travel to CO, TX and VA. Lodging and meals are covered during travel.

Schedule:

Full-time, salaried position Varies weekly based on project needs, weather, and client demand 24/7 operational environment — must be available for occasional night, weekend, or emergency shifts On-call duties as required

Pay:

$70,000-$75,000 annually Biweekly pay Salaried leadership role

Job Description:

We are hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor (Bridge Crew Supervisor) to oversee field operations on large-scale maintenance and infrastructure projects. This is a leadership role ideal for someone with strong highway or bridge maintenance experience, team supervision skills, and a passion for fieldwork. You will be responsible for guiding crews, supporting scheduling, ensuring high-quality work, and communicating with project managers. This position combines fieldwork, coaching, and operations oversight — ideal for someone who enjoys being on-site and leading by example.

Requirements:

Associate degree or 2-5 years of experience in advanced highway/bridge maintenance or construction Must be bilingual (English/Spanish preferred) Valid driver’s license Field-facing experience, hands-on leadership Previous experience supervising crews (bridge work required) Strong communication and documentation skills Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in all weather conditions Proficient in mobile apps and work reporting tools Familiarity with safety protocols, QA/QC, and inventory coordination Excellent conflict resolution, planning, and organizational skills Must be eligible for standard background checks and drug testing Professional appearance and proactive attitude Ability to travel frequently and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support bridge and highway maintenance crews Plan weekly production goals and schedule work efficiently Ensure compliance with specifications, safety standards, and timelines Supervise onsite operations and daily work reports (JAMMS) Coordinate training and development for team members Monitor quality of subcontractors’ work Maintain accurate field documentation Communicate clearly with project managers and regional supervisors Assist with logistics, staffing, and job site resources Act as point of contact in the absence of the project manager Good to
