This role is essential in ensuring that all landscape areas are well-maintained, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and general facility upkeep. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities. Oversee lawn care maintenance of customers throughout Pensacola and Milton. Manage tree care operations, ensuring proper pruning, trimming, and health assessments. Lead a team, providing training and guidance on best practices in landscape maintenance. Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards. Maintain records of maintenance activities, including schedules, repairs, and inventory of supplies. Skills Strong knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and landscape maintenance practices. Proficiency in lawn care methods. Experience in tree care procedures. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
