White Springs Agricultural Chemicals, Inc. has opening for Supervisor Maintenance in White Springs, FL.Ensure a safe work environment for all employees by maintaining compliance with all applicable safety requirements and standards. Review jobs prior to execution and develop plans to mitigate or eliminate SIFs (Serious Injury or Fatalities). Analyze job hazards and ensure that all safety systems and crew members are in compliance with the requirements. Ensure that Tool Box meetings are completed prior to the execution of all tasks with the relevant personnel and JHAs are reviewed and signed in the field. Attend daily morning meeting with Operations, Planning, Reliability, Process Engineering and Mechanical Execution, to discuss plant status and work schedule for the day. Lead group of technicians and electricians so that work is executed as per defined schedule and plant priorities. Review work schedules and available plans to ensure that jobs are ready for execution. Provide advice to the Planners with regards to revisions, additions, and alterations to job plans. Ensure the prompt assignment of maintenance resources (personnel, materials, tools and equipment) to ensure availability to execute planned works. Follow written standard maintenance procedures and repair plans. Complete detailed quality control checklists and coordinates activities in the execution of maintenance of electrical equipment. Supervise, provide technical guidance and quality control on all maintenance activity for electrical infrastructure; electrical infrastructure, grounding, high voltage power distribution cabling and equipment, standby power generation, UPS Systems and batteries and the TandTEC incoming supply.

YearRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field, and 10 years of experience in the job offered or in an electrical and instrumentation maintenance-related occupation.
