Position Summary:

We are looking for a Lawn Maintenance Crew Supervisor to lead and oversee daily lawn care operations. This role is for someone with leadership qualities, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills who can manage and mentor crews to ensure top-quality service. With strong performance, this role offers the opportunity to advance into a General Manager position as we continue to expand. This role would be completing a minimum of 20 budgeted hours each week. And 10 hours a week completing supervisor duties. 75% in field.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a crew in completing lawn maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup. Train and mentor team members to improve performance and ensure safety compliance. Ensure job quality and efficiency by performing regular inspections and providing feedback to the crew. Communicate with customers as needed to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction. Track hours, materials, and crew performance. Troubleshoot issues related to equipment or job completion. Maintain equipment and ensure it’s properly serviced and cared for. Assist in scheduling and planning daily tasks to maximize crew efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or construction. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Leadership skills with experience managing a team or crew. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer:

Pay starting at $22 per hour. Full-time hours during the season (with bonuses) and minimum 32 hours during the offseason. Weekly bonuses, monthly attendance bonus, performance bonuses, and quarterly profit-sharing opportunities. 7 paid time off (PTO) days per year. 6 observed holidays: Labor Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Paid week off between Christmas and New Year’s. Advancement opportunities into a General Manager role for top performers.

Work Hours:

Expected work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a 30-minute lunch break. Weekends As Necessary, If rainouts create make up days
