This is a business-in-a-box opportunity for someone who wants to earn high commissions, build a personal client base, and grow into a leadership role—all without startup costs. You begin as a commission-based independent contractor , with the option to convert to a full-time W-2 employee with benefits after a 3-month probationary ramp-up period. What You’ll Do Prospect, onboard, and service clients (property managers, investors, homeowners) Oversee maintenance jobs and home services using our vetted subcontractors Coordinate jobs via our CRM, scheduler, and field management systems Grow your own portfolio and build residual income Represent Servicewiz as a trusted partner in your territory What We Provide (No Cost to You) Paid lead generation (Google Ads, social campaigns) Recruiting support for technician sourcing We pay for all job ads and backend support Financial services: billing, accounting, and payroll Tools & infrastructure: CRM, scheduling system, call/text platform Standardized playbook and operations support Optional full benefits package (upon meeting benchmarks) Path to W-2 Employment after 3-month performance probation Compensation First 2

Months:

50% of Gross Profit for your own property manager clients 30% of Gross Profit for inbound leads from our marketing After Month 2: 30% of Gross Profit for your clients 15% of Gross Profit from Servicewiz-provided leads

Example:

$20,000 gross profit = $10,000 income in your first month No income cap – higher performance equals higher earnings.
