Heavy Industrial EIA & Mechanical Maintenance Crew Lead - Warehouse
Where will you work: Onsite at Big Bend with some travel to our Central Florida Terminals How will you work: The successful candidate will typically work four 10 hour shifts Join Mosaic as a Distribution EIA Mechanical Maintenance Crew Lead, where you’ll collaborate closely with Operating Mechanics and contracted support staff to ensure the smooth operation of our domestic distribution warehouses and port terminal facilities handling molten Sulphur and Anhydrous Ammonia.
You’ll leverage asset health management programs like SAP S/4HANA, MOC, PM, PDM, and RCA to support Mosaic’s domestic distribution warehouses. In this role, you’ll lead the sourcing of resources, materials, and equipment, ensuring each task is completed safely and efficiently. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in mentoring and motivating Operating Mechanics, fostering their development and enhancing their maintenance skills and knowledge. What you’ll do:
Perform Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation inspections and repairs per the maintenance schedule.
Work closely with facilities leadership teams to ensure Operating Mechanics at each facility understand their specific work responsibilities and performance standards.
Develop and coach Operating Mechanics throughout their progression training.
Safely and effectively troubleshoot and resolve any unscheduled emergencies that arise.
Assist with vendors and contractors at sites to help develop scopes of work, oversee work in progress, and throughout project completions.
Participate in Management of Change (MOC) reviews, including but not limited to General Arrangement, Electrical, and P&ID drawings.
Accept and address callouts for after-hour, unscheduled emergencies.
What you’ll need:
High School diploma/ GED
5+ years of combined experience industrial trades experience in heavy industrial electrical, instrumentation and mechanical
Experience with precision maintenance techniques
Demonstrated ability to coach, train and mentor others
Proficiency utilizing MS Office Suite
Bonus points if you have the following: Associate’s degree
IBEW, Mosaic Apprentice Programs, or equivalent
10+ years of related industrial trades experience
Working knowledge of
SAP S/4HANA
