Responsibilities:
Lead a team of lawn maintenance associates, assigning projects and following up to make sure that it is done correctly.
Lawn Crew:
Mowing, edging, weed-eating, hand trimming, hand pulling weeds, and possible installation of landscaping Install/maintenance of irrigation systems Maintain equipment and supplies Respond quickly in the event of an emergency Perform other maintenance duties as requested
Requirements:
Supervisory skills to motivate and direct a team for best performance High school diploma/GED required Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Clean driver’s license and experience in driving a box truck Able to pass a drug screen and background check Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, depending on the task: including baling machine, leaf blowers, lawn mowers and small hand tools, irrigation systems Able to work well with minimal supervision This employment opportunity is available at the organization listed at the top of this page.
