Maintenance Coordinator/Field Specialist Ocean Blue Property Management Tampa, FL 33608 The hired candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs. This hired candidate will need to conduct property inspections and will be involved in general field work for company. Employee will need to handle maintenance work, including: painting, lightbulb replacements, repairing or replacing window blinds, light plumbing, drywall work, sprinkler work and yard maintenance. Candidate to have own vehicle and company will provide mileage reimbursement and paid time off.
