PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS

Maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with corporate/franchise standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and employees, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses, and maximize guest satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):  Performs maintenance of boilers, pumps, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment through a scheduled maintenance program.  Assists with training and acting as a resource for Engineer Trainees.  Maintains accurate records of various logs and meter readings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED. At least 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience required.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Must be able to communicate clearly with guests, customers, supervisors and fellow employees.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Must be able to calculate amounts and apply basic addition, subtraction and multiplication.

REASONING ABILITY

Must be able to analyze invoice data to make appropriate judgments regarding maintenance duties

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Certificates or equivalent in electrical, heating/air conditioning, HVAC-R, carpentry, plumbing, refrigerant recovery/handling preferred. C.F.C. Certificate preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
