Manager Business Services System Facilities Facility:

This position will travel to different BayCare facilities

Responsibilities:

Plans, organizes, and coordinates Facilities Management system Business Services departments consisting of Information Systems Analytics, Business Analytics, Sourcing & Procurement, and Energy & Sustainability Management. The primary goal of the Business Services department is to improve efficiency and quality through the development of KPIs, goals and initiatives, standardization of processes, and monitoring and report out of results. Coordinates technology reviews, recommendations, and initiation. Accountable for development and achieving assigned goals, managing the operating and capital budgets, and overseeing the departments day-to-day operations. Responsible for regulatory compliance and documentation of standards for agencies such as The Joint Commission (TJC), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) and the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Utilizes technology and data to monitor, improve, document, and validate operational and system activities. Takes appropriate action based on the analysis of data and reports. Collaborates with hospital leadership, Design & Construction Management, Infection Control and Safety Officers. Promotes Team Member growth through mentoring of staff and peers. Assists in short

Accountable to participate, coordinate and lead approved BayCare facilities and system initiatives or standardization activities. Coordinates, develops and/or provides oversight of BayCare Facilities Team Members’ training programs. Participates in strategic planning with system leadership to propose, plan and execute facilities and system initiatives and objectives. Directly oversees Facilities Management Capital Budgeting process, CMMS standardization and compliance, Contractor/Vendor cost analysis, and Energy Data monitoring and reporting. Works directly with external engineers, vendors, and regulatory agencies on program elements development and reporting. Promotes to Facilities Management Director position. Experience & Education Requirements:

Required
