With a portfolio of high-performing properties across the region, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional guest experiences and top-tier property care. We’re looking to hire a dedicated Repairs & Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations and help us scale with quality and efficiency.
Position Overview:
The Repairs & Maintenance Manager will oversee all aspects of property repairs and upkeep across our vacation rental portfolio. This includes hands-on problem-solving, managing in-house repair staff, coordinating with external vendors, scheduling preventive maintenance, and ensuring timely resolution of all maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations across all managed properties Supervise and schedule internal repairs & maintenance team Coordinate with and manage external vendors for specialized services (e.g. HVAC, plumbing, electrical) Conduct property inspections and develop maintenance checklists Ensure rapid response to guest-reported issues and emergency repairs Track and maintain maintenance logs, supply inventory, and vendor invoices Work with property managers and housekeeping to ensure units are guest-ready Help implement preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and costly repairs
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property maintenance, facilities management, or a similar role Strong working knowledge of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.) Proven experience managing staff and coordinating with third-party vendors Ability to diagnose issues quickly and prioritize workload under pressure Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required – We do provide company vehicle; Tech-savvy and comfortable using mobile apps and task systems (e.g., maintenance ticketing software)
