TURNAROUND PLANNER LEAD
Where will you work: The selected candidate/employee will work primarily out of our corporate office located in Fishhawk, FL (13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL 33547) but will occasionally assist onsite at several other locations (i.e., Bartow, New Wales, Riverview).
Schedule:
General work hours are 7am-4:30pm with every other Friday off (9/80 schedule).

This is a centralized, multi-site position to coordinate activities for the safe, on budget and on time execution of Turnarounds within the North American business to ensure assets are fit for safe and reliable service. The individual must manage the Turnaround workflow planning process, job scope development, bidding process, and maintain specific knowledge of plant assets. What will you do?
Lead the turnaround planning effort with multiple stakeholders. Responsible to coordinate with operations, maintenance, E&I, EHS, engineering, and project managers to develop a comprehensive work scope and define effective turnaround plans. Liaise with Procurement to manage the creation of relevant contractor bid documents. Maintain the turnaround worklist, once approved. Work with other stakeholders, including the turnaround scheduler, on critical path identification, contractor resourcing, material coordination, site preparation, logistic planning, and verify timelines on related jobs. Provide detailed job plans, identifying parts, tools, and resources required to execute turnaround work in a safe, cost-effective manner.
This role will require site visits to develop plans.
During execution of turnaround work plan, this position is required to check the progress of the job plans and modify plans as needed.
Provide feedback from the execution and strive to continuously improve future job plans and scopes based on that feedback.
Document base plans for future turnaround planning development, continually refining and sharing across sites.
Develop standardized processes and work packages for future turnarounds. Develop detailed work scope packages and facilitate site meetings with stakeholders to include Operations, Maintenance, Reliability, Capital, Contractors, and Purchasing group to deliver bid packages for work to be completed by approved crafts and contractors.
Provide turnaround scheduler with job scope and time frames to build detailed schedule pre-turnaround and communicate changes in job plans during execution of turnaround to keep scheduler informed of changes needed.
Assist in the development of plot plan to identify staging areas for contractors, parts, equipment and environmental waste control.
Responsible for safety and environmental performance of associated Mosaic personnel and contractors. Perform miscellaneous other job-related duties as assigned.
What do you need for this role?
High school diploma/GED is required along with 7 years of relevant industrial maintenance planning and/or electrical
- instrumentation experience; OR associate degree (or better) along with 5 years of relevant industrial maintenance planning and/or electrical
- instrumentation experience.
Technical knowledge of Maintenance Principles.
Proficiency in plant equipment and maintenance standards.
Influential communication skills, ability to get results through others. Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced industrial environment are required.
High attention to detail.
Continuous Improvement mindset.
Knowledge of EHS programs and policies.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- (SAP, PI, OIS is preferred).
Sulfuric acid experience HIGHLY desired. Phos acid experience a plus.
