As the Maintenance & Aquatics Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and maintaining high operational standards within these areas. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, drive profitability, and contribute to the overall success of the water park.

What you get to do:

Provides direct oversite to the Aquatics, Park Services, and Maintenance areas of the park. Provides general leadership to all areas of the park in support of the Park Director and fellow Operations Managers. Manages and supports policy deployment in park operations. Sets standards and procedures for all operational areas, including setting the culture of safety, service and profit for the organization. Recruit, hire, and train leadership through effective communications, coaching, training and development. Provides leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements and improved working relationships. Ensures compliance with company standards for cost control, waste reduction, quality, and safety, and guest satisfaction. Manages compliance with state and federal regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned.

What it takes to succeed:

At least 18+ years of age- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members to deliver exceptional service. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities with the capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze financial reports, control costs, and drive profitability.- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and suppliers. Familiarity with point of sale (POS) software.
