Cabinet Operations Manager Strathmore Floors Design and Cabinets Tallahassee, FL 32395 Strathmore, a premier flooring, cabinet, design and paint company serving the residential construction industry, is seeking an experienced Field Operations Manager to oversee our cabinet installations in the Tallahassee area.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage relationships with builder field personnel Coordinate all cabinet installations, repairs and warranty jobs with builders, homeowners and installers Conduct QC inspections to ensure quality of all installations and complete warranty repair assessments as needed Manage receiving operations Recruit, schedule and manage installation labor
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years’ experience in residential subcontractor operations, installation or warranty role, previous cabinet experience required Proven time management and process management skills Fluent in Excel and comfortable with technology Ability to read and interpret project drawings, scopes and specifications Strong customer service orientation and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and solve problems quickly Excellent communication and customer service skills
