Maintenance Manager Position Available In Manatee, Florida

Maintenance Manager Longboat Management Longboat Key, FL Responsibilities:

• ONLY MANATEE/SARASOTA CURRENT RESIDENTS NEED APPLY

• Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the community
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols
• Respond to and manage work order system
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address maintenance needs
• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed and vendor activities for common areas and units
• Perform maintenance and repairs as needed
• Ensure trash is collected for pickup and janitorial staff is performing well
• On Call as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience in facilities management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and materials
• Excellent project management skills
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and procedures
