This is a full-time, on-site role at a well-established 55+ resident-owned community in Ellenton, FL, and it’s perfect for someone who wants to be part of something long-term. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll be the go-to person for all things maintenance — from fixing a door hinge to leading a small crew, to planning out seasonal projects and keeping the grounds looking their best. You’ll work closely with the community manager and directly with residents, so people skills matter as much as tool skills.
Your role will include:
Leading and working alongside a maintenance and grounds team Handling day-to-day maintenance tasks and resident requests Taking charge of preventative maintenance and improvement projects Spotting problems early and solving them before they grow Coordinating with vendors and checking that the work is up to par Managing tools, equipment, and supplies Responding to occasional after-hours issues Reporting to the Community Manager and helping prioritize projects We’d Love to
Talk If You:
