Daily Task Expectations:
- Unit Make-Ready/Turnovers
- Maintaining property grounds
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Drywall repair
- Painting
- Appliance repair
- Preventative building maintenance
Job Requirements:
- General knowledge of all aspects of residential maintenance, ability to troubleshoot resident work orders
- HVAC Certification required for Maintenance Supervisor positions & some Maintenance Tech
- Must have your own set of personal hand tools & power drill
- Reliable transportation for Monday-Friday work schedule
