We have been in business for over 20 years and have established a reputation for quality and reliability. We are the highest paying company in the area and are only interested in long-term employees to help further our growth. Starting pay is $25 per hour plus OT for well qualified individuals. To obtain a position as a working supervisor in this company, you will need to demonstrate that you are capable of producing high-quality results in all aspects of lawn and landscape maintenance. You will also need to demonstrate that you possess the traits and character to lead and represent the company well. Initially, applicants are hired on for training and assessment at an hourly pay of $20. If we determine that you are qualified to be a working supervisor, your pay and responsibilities will increase immediately. If we determine otherwise, your employment will be terminated at that time. We do not offer any medical benefits. All pay is on the books as a W-2 employee. The work schedule typically ranges between 8 and 10 hours per day five days a week. To qualify you must have management experience as a crew leader in the field. You must have a valid Florida drivers license and the ability to drive a truck and trailer. You must be able to pass random drug analysis. You must be in good physical condition and able to withstand the Florida heat.
