Part-Time Property Maintenance / Site Manager – Self Storage (Ocala, FL) USA Storage Park Ocala, FL 34480
Job Overview:
We’re looking for a dependable individual to join our team as a part-time property maintenance worker at our self-storage facility in Ocala. This is a flexible role for someone who is handy, takes pride in their work, and can handle light maintenance and general upkeep. You’ll be responsible for keeping the facility clean, secure, and in good condition. Most work can be done on your own schedule, though occasional short-notice visits may be needed.
Responsibilities:
Perform light maintenance and minor repairs (painting, touch-ups, basic fixes) Overlock delinquent units and prepare vacated units for re-renting Spray for pests, inspect units, and clean up trash Haul and discard items left behind in abandoned units Submit basic updates via text/photos
What We’re Looking For:
Strong work ethic and attention to detail Good communication skills Ability to lift, haul, and perform physical work outdoors Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Handyman or property maintenance experience preferred
Compensation:
Competitive hourly pay Paid monthly based on hours worked Monthly base may be offered for ongoing upkeep
