The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto service management and demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. Duties Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring high-quality automotive services including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and suspension work. Manage and mentor service staff, providing training and support to enhance their skills in service writing and auto estimating. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service experience and foster long-term relationships with clients. Collaborate with the sales team to promote automotive services and products effectively. Maintain accurate records of service activities, customer interactions, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in auto service management or a related field. Strong knowledge of automotive services including oil changes, tire services, alignments, and suspension systems. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. Proficiency in automotive sales techniques and service writing. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate auto estimating. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
