• Automotive Service Manager
• Salary Depends on Experience.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeaner and be a team player. The ideal candidate will also focus on retaining and building our customer base. Position Duties and Responsibilities
• Main point of contact for customers and repair techs.
• Estimating Mechanical Repairs with our shop software.
• Collaborating with Repair Technicians to ensure a great customer experience.
• Scheduling Jobs
• Ordering parts
• Shipping/Receiving (As needed)
• Payment Processing
• Warranty Claims
• End of day procedures/closing
• Expected to complete other duties as assigned. Monday
• Friday 8:00am
• 5:00pm Saturdays, As needed
• 8:00am
• 1:00pm
