Assisted Living, Hospital or Skilled nursing facility experience –
2 or 3 years preferred
Hands-on & supervisory experience
Good planning & organizational skills
Self-starter who can work independently
Ability to multi-task & prioritize
Ability to make decisions & solve problems
Good Communication Skills
Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of Local, State & Federal regulations
Knowledge of AHCA regulations preferred
