US Electrical Maintenance Supervisor Description:

Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure safe,reliable, and cost-effective operation of equipment andsystems. Oversee the planning and execution of corrective, preventive, andpredictive maintenance tasks across the plant, quarry, and primarysystems. Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electricalsystems including power distribution, motor controls,instrumentation, PLCs, and automation systems. Allocate labor, tools, and materials to support planned andemergency maintenance tasks. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatoryrequirements and internal policies. Coach, train, and evaluate team members to ensure optimalperformance and cross-functional readiness.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenanceleadership experience in a mining or industrial plant setting. Strong knowledge of power distribution systems up to 13.8kV. Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, assign tasks, and trainemployees. Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining MCCs, VFDs,transformers, large AC/DC motors, and related electricalinfrastructure. Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and CFR 30 Part 56. Skilled in reading and creating electrical schematics, ladderlogic, and process diagrams. Strong safety mindset with commitment to maintaining a hazard-freework environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English(read, write, speak). Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; familiarity withCMMS software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends,and holidays as needed. Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record. Physically able to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and workin confined spaces.

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering MSHA Surface Electrical License (or ability to obtain within 18months) Experience with power systems up to 230kV. Background in root cause analysis methodology. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Prior experience in heavy equipment operations in construction ormining environments. Basic knowledge of limestone quarry operations. Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to achievingresults.
