The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in HVAC systems, maintenance management, and facilities management. This role is critical in overseeing engineering projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Duties Supervise and mentor engineering staff to promote professional development and enhance team performance. Oversee the maintenance and operation of HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with industry standards. Utilize voltmeters and logic controllers for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems. Manage low voltage and high voltage electrical systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies to minimize downtime and extend equipment life. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across facilities. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or repair. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections. Experience Proven experience in supervising engineering teams within a facilities management context. Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with voltmeters, logic controllers, low voltage, and high voltage systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance enhancement. Experience in maintenance management practices that prioritize safety and efficiency. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to facility issues.
