Installation Manager Selezione Interiors Miami, FL 33138 Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Installation Manager to oversee the installation processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing installation teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders. Duties Lead and manage installation teams to ensure efficient project execution. Develop and implement installation schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects. Conduct site assessments and prepare detailed installation plans. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service. Monitor installation processes, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Train and mentor team members on best practices and technical skills. Utilize tools such as an Ohmmeter for testing electrical systems during installations. Maintain accurate records of installations, including materials used, timelines, and any issues encountered. Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the installation or construction industry. Strong understanding of electrical systems and components; proficiency with tools such as an Ohmmeter is highly desirable. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
