We’re seeking a hands-on, experienced Maintenance Manager ready to lead from the front and grow with us. Position Overview The Maintenance Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the day-to-day oversight of CRAFT’s fleet maintenance operations. While this is a management position, the right candidate will be deeply involved in active fleet support and hands-on—whether performing maintenance control or troubleshooting themselves. We’re looking for someone with experience in Part 135 or Part 91 operations who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about joining a company on a strong growth trajectory. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Provide daily leadership and operational oversight to the maintenance team Coordinate and manage maintenance activities across the fleet, with a focus on Challenger 300/350 aircraft Support Maintenance Control with troubleshooting, scheduling, and technical decisions Ensure compliance with all FAA regulations and internal company policies Track and manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events, MELs, and deferrals Serve as a central communication hub between flight operations, maintenance personnel, vendors, and executive leadership Produce clear and timely reports on aircraft status, maintenance progress, and resource planning Mentor and develop technicians and other maintenance teammates, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence Assist in parts sourcing, vendor coordination, and maintenance planning Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and operational efficiency Occasionally provide hands-on support in troubleshooting or inspections, as necessary Requirements 5+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role Experience in a Part 135 or Part 91 environment is required Challenger 300/350 experience is mandatory Strong working knowledge of FAA regulations, MEL/CDL procedures, and aircraft recordkeeping Proven ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively— excellent communication is essential Comfortable with modern maintenance tracking systems and digital workflows Highly organized and able to prioritize competing operational demands Willingness to be accessible and responsive during operational off-hours when required A&P Certificate Preferred Qualifications Avionics troubleshooting experience Experience with mixed fleet environments Familiarity with maintenance software such as CAMP, Flightdocs, or TRAXALL
