Job Summary:

We are seeking a Security Site Supervisor to work at a commercial office space in Miami Beach, FL. The individual will work with building management, building ownership, and the contracted security staff to maintain all aspects of physical, personnel and visitor security and life safety. This position will also manage all aspects of emergency preparedness including development, training and drills. We are seeking a customer focused and results-oriented professional that possesses strong influencing skill and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of Security Site Supervisors include but are not limited to: Manage a team of Security Officers and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching and support. Ensure the client site is provided with high quality security services and build and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees Supports the organization’s culture, processes, practices and systems Handle any escalated security issues or emergency situations Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities, account trends, and other topics Responsible for tracking and effective utilization of company equipment in the field including technology, vehicles, etc. Stays current on federal, state and local CBA guidelines relative to our services Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
Required Qualifications of Security Site Managers:

High School diploma or general education degree (GED) 2-5 years experience working in the security industry with a large hourly workforce Class D Security License Required Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Able to read, write, speak, and understand English Proficiency with Microsoft Office software
