The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems, and a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and tenant satisfaction. You will leverage your technical sales skills and industry knowledge to provide exceptional service to clients while building strong relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytical skills and practical experience in property management and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Oversight Perform and lead hands-on maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and structural components Oversee and ensure completion of routine and emergency work orders Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards Team Leadership Assign daily tasks to maintenance technicians and supervise performance Train and mentor junior techs on procedures, safety standards, and best practices Act as the first point of contact for technical escalations and on-call emergencies Preventive Maintenance Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for building equipment and systems Monitor performance of critical systems and track equipment lifecycle and warranties Vendor & Inventory Management Coordinate with third-party contractors and supervise contracted work Manage maintenance supplies, tools, and parts inventory; place orders as needed Review and approve invoices or time logs for external service providers Reporting & Documentation Maintain accurate maintenance logs, inspection reports, and equipment records Provide regular updates to property or facilities management Assist in planning and budgeting for capital improvements and replacements Experience Proven experience in commercial real estate or related fields is preferred. Strong technical sales background with the ability to analyze market data effectively. Familiarity with industrial maintenance concepts including low voltage systems, high voltage systems, logic controllers, ammeter usage, and stick welding is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage. Ability to maintain professionalism while working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A strong logical approach to problem-solving with attention to detail is essential for success in this role.
