The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid background in facilities management, ensuring that all systems are running efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to project management and maintenance, with an emphasis on safety and compliance. Responsibilities Manage and maintain all facility operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Oversee maintenance management activities, including scheduling and executing preventive maintenance tasks. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules. Coordinate low voltage and high voltage electrical systems maintenance and repairs. Lead a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality work standards. Develop and implement facility improvement projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas for improvement or necessary repairs. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance projects as needed. Requirements Proven experience in facilities management or a related field with strong project management skills. Knowledge of HVAC systems, low voltage, and high voltage electrical systems is essential. Proficiency in using CMMS software for effective maintenance tracking and reporting.
