Full Time House Manager-Windermere Lorraine Lee Estate Staffing Windermere, FL Overview A discerning ultra-high net worth individual seeks an experienced, discreet, and highly organized House Manager to oversee the operations of a 10,000-square-foot, three-level estate in Lake Butler. The role demands resourcefulness, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal direction. Key Responsibilities Provisioning of the
Home:
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure the estate is fully stocked and operational.
Vendor Management:
Research and source vendors, obtain quotes, schedule appointments, manage security gate access, supervise on-site work, and handle invoice processing.
Scheduling:
Maintain and update daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for all household tasks, vendor visits, and maintenance activities.
Property Maintenance:
Coordinate with handyman and vendors for repairs and maintenance, monitor the home’s condition, and supervise work as needed to ensure high standards.
Team Supervision:
Manage a team of up to 5 staff during small hosted gatherings (up to 20 guests), ensuring flawless execution of events.
Asset Oversight:
Maintain and coordinate care for vehicles, artwork, furniture, technology systems, and recreational assets (e.g., boat, jet skis).
General Operations:
Proactively address household needs, troubleshoot issues, and complete tasks efficiently without requiring extensive direction. Qualifications 5 years Proven experience as a house manager or similar role in a high-net-worth household Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail Resourceful problem-solver capable of researching vendors, securing quotes, and executing tasks promptly Discreet and professional, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality (NDA required) Strong communication skills to liaise with vendors, staff, and the principal Ability to manage and supervise a small team during events Comfortable with technology and able to oversee systems in a smart home environment Experience with or willingness to learn about maintaining recreational assets (e.g., boats, jet skis) Love for animals, as the household includes one cat Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Additional Requirements Availability for occasional overtime during special events or entertaining Willingness to undergo a background check and sign an NDA Benefits Competitive salary commensurate with experience Health insurance stipend Paid time off (PTO) Opportunity to work in a prestigious, dynamic environment
