Fabricate parts as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Conduct electrical troubleshooting and repairs, including working with logic controllers. Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management. Operate tools such as an Ohmmeter to diagnose electrical issues. Lead small teams in maintenance projects, providing guidance and support to ensure tasks are completed effectively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and report on equipment status. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations while performing maintenance tasks. Experience Proven experience in facilities maintenance, with a strong understanding of electrical systems. Proficiency in welding techniques is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing or guiding teams in a maintenance setting. Familiarity with maintenance management software (CMMS) is preferred but not required. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
