DOE Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs andmaintenance in accordance with company policies and OSHAregulations. Diagnose, inspect, and repair major equipment such asCNC routers, vacuum pumps, air compressors, pneumatic tools,motors, fans, and forklifts. Conduct preventive maintenance (PM)and maintain PM records. Lead and guide other maintenance staff,including contractors or temporary employees. Ensure third-partyrepairs meet company standards. Manage inventory control and orderreplacement parts and tools as needed. Respond to emergency servicecalls and perform repairs with limited supervision. Maintain aclean and safe work area in compliance with OSHA and companystandards. Communicate equipment status and repair timelines to theFacilities Maintenance Manager. Suggest improvements to processes,equipment, and overall facility performance.

Education:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of relevant maintenance experiencerequired.

Certificates, Licenses, and Requirements:

Must be atleast 18 years of age. Legally eligible to work in the UnitedStates. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel betweenlocations. Ability to perform physical tasks with or withoutreasonable accommodation.

Skills & Knowledge:

Proficient inmaintenance and repair of CNC routers and electrical systems(single and three-phase). Skilled in electrical control systems,hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Familiar with air compressoroperations. Capable of diagnosing and repairing a variety ofindustrial equipment. Must provide own basic tools for equipmentmaintenance. Strong multitasking and time management abilities.

Flexible schedule including nights and weekends as needed.
