Develop and oversee PM programs Supervise PLC systems, HMIs, VFDs, and process control elements Direct mechanical maintenance work Manage breakdown events Lead TPM initiatives Develop and support technicians Ensure compliance with safety protocols Manage KPIs, CMMS, inventory, and vendor relationships Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams
Qualifications:
